Baymont by Wyndham Midland Center

Wyndham should let this hotel go. It’s becoming a run down hotel. Needs lots of repairs and updates. One working ice machine but no ice buckets available. Asked the front desk employee for an ice bucket and got a blank stare stating “well, I can’t help you with that”. Feels like someone might try to mug you in the parking lot. Worst breakfast ever, not worth eating. Coffee will grow hair on your chest. Someone doesn’t know how to make it. The room itself was better than the rest of the place. Appeared to be clean and the A/C worked well. Won’t return.

When I stayed there, they did have some issues with the elevator, but what place doesn’t have issues occasionally the staff was very accommodating. They were nice and helpful and I felt like other guests were very rude to them. When no places is always perfect no matter how much they try these guys go Far and above and put up with way more than they should have to from some of the customers, they’re an excellent team I look for

This was a very poor experience. The bathroom had visible mold, and the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the air uncomfortable to breathe. Overall cleanliness was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk called my room at approximately 1:00 a.m. to confirm I was in the room, which was unnecessary and disruptive. For the price charged, this stay was completely unacceptable.
